Landlords pocket more cash from rooftop cell towers than apartment rent rolls. But tenants could be paying for it with their own human cells.

Science foresees more risks from microwave-riddled heavens, e.g. pregnant TV reporters must stand clear of TV news-truck microwave dishes firing live reports aloft — via microwaves.

Atop city rooftops, like pigeons lining a parapet, mini–cell towers  pulse millions of chats by the second, and also pump millions into pockets of slumlords who control the best sites. Many claim they “preserve affordable housing” with dumpy digs, health hazards aside, and won’t renovate their golden goose eggs.
